When Mil Truscott received a camera for Christmas at age 8, the first roll of film was entirely of the dog. His ear, the other ear, his tail, his paw, another paw, another paw... you get the drift! The roll lasted 5 minutes, but there started a passion to capture images - if from a somewhat unusual perspective - that would become a successful career.

Mil fortunately went on from the labrador, to further educate herself in the field and graduated from the prestigious Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a BA in Photography. Seven years on and she has a comprehensive client list which covers: food, interiors, product and people. Mil has worked for many of the leading Publishing houses, PR firms and Advertising agencies. Her work has accompanied some of the great food writers of Australia, but she still enjoys a good wedding! Her client list includes:
